Legal & Forensic Services

Independent psychological assessment and treatment in legal contexts

Forensic psychological assessments

We provide independent psychological assessments across criminal and civil jurisdictions.

Assessments are conducted in response to specific referral questions and are delivered through clear, structured reports appropriate to legal and administrative decision-making.

Insurance and scheme-based assessments

We also provide assessments for agencies, services, and practitioners operating within Workers Compensation and insurance contexts.

All assessments are conducted independently and within the requirements of the relevant scheme or jurisdiction.

Forensic-informed treatment

We provide individual psychological treatment programs for people involved in, or impacted by, the criminal justice system.

Therapeutic work is delivered separately from any forensic assessment or reporting role, in line with ethical and professional standards.
